For therapy to really work, you have to feel understood and heard by your therapist. I work with you on alleviating the anxiety of coming to therapy. I consistently check in with clients about how the therapy process is going for them and how our therapeutic relationship can be improved. This collaborative style of therapy helps my clients feel empowered. That empowerment then helps clients make the changes they want to in their life and have more control over their decisions inside and outside of the therapy office.
